Kids Classes

Kids classes are available for children ages 4+. Children learn discipline, focus, and self confidence, as well as develope balance, strength and flexibility. Classes are fun, challenging and paced so that kids will learn while being pushed to succeed. To learn more about Kids Classes, click here.

Kids Sparring

Kids sparring is an optional class that focuses on the different aspects of contact sparring such as tournament sparring and free sparring. Students will be challenged to work at different levels and taught effective sparring combinations. To learn more about Kids Classes, click here.

Open Workout

Open Workout class is available for our students to come in and work on anything they want to improve on. Students can practice on their own, in groups, and get expert advice from our instructors. This is a great class to refine and improve your skills or to catch up on forms and activities during the week.

Adult Classes

Our adult classes are designed to both teach the art of traditional Tang Soo Do and to give you a great work out. Classes are both rewarding and challenging. Adult Sparring

This class is open to all sparring enthusiasts from all styles. Adult sparring is an optional class that focuses on multiple aspects of contact sparring such as tournament sparring, free sparring, and multiple opponent sparring.
